Ballan-Miré
Pleasantly located south-west of Tours, Ballan-Miré is part of the recent metropolis of Tours-Val-de-Loire. Ballan-Miré is a small town, quiet and pleasant to live in. It is attractive for our guests who will find here the charming ambiance of Touraine when the sweetness of nature mixes with the old stones.
Animals
We also hosts some special guests : Oscar our llama, Ernest our alpaca, Spirit and Quinou our sheep, Sprinkles our little rabbit, some chickens and Okari our beloved and charming dog.
Les chambres d'hôtes
Come and discover, in the family domain of la closerie de la Fuye, our five guest rooms, including a suite. We have specially prepared them for you, with gentleness and refinement. They are all freshly renovated and thematic according to our tastes, personal history and interests. Indeed, we have paid particular attention to three aspects: your rest, the authenticity of the place and finally the attachment to nature. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi.

Le cadre
Our family owns the estate since 1753. Then La Fuye was given as a wedding present. That’s why we give meaning to this legacy by searching for and finding new uses for the domain.
The region is full of beautiful historic buildings. Landscapes are almost wild, like the banks of the Loire. Our house is located on the road from Tours to Villandry, near the “Loire à vélo” (Loire by bicycle), very close to a dozen of exceptional castles (Azay-le-Rideau, Langeais … ) and there is more than 20 castles within a 50 km distance (Chenonceau, Amboise, Loches, Rigny-Ussé …). Finally, you ‘ll stay in close to a UNESCO worldwide patrimony area, in a natural landscape that we have to respect.

An association which opens it up to the arts, to nature and to welcoming everyone manages the place. We are creating a garden of care and a petting farm. There are also exhibitions, concerts, conferences. More information on lafuye.org [FR].
